  • TANGERINE: Tangerine essential oil is an instant mood booster! These bright, happy oil is great for promoting an aroma of joy and creativity. It is also rich in naturally occurring antioxidants and limonene, making it supportive of the immune and circulatory systems as well as good for our bodies overall.
  • LAVENDER: Lavender is synonymous with calming and relaxing, and it adds an herbaceous aroma to this slightly sweet mix! Lavender pairs well with both citrus and Ylang ylang, and it soothes the mind and body alike.
  • YLANG YLANG: Ylang Ylang has a sweet, romantic aroma that makes a lovely addition to perfume rollers and diffuser blends. This floral, balancing oil promotes openness and connection, encourages confidence, and inspires romance. Ylang ylang also has wonderful moisturizing properties and is well known for reducing stress.
  • JASMINE: This lightly sweet, floral oil promotes connection to self and others, calm and soothe the mind and body, and balance the emotions.
  • EUCALYPTUS: Eucalyptus is one of our favorite oils for respiratory needs! This crisp, sweet oil opens the airways while also creating the atmosphere of your favorite spa.

This combination of oils can be a powerful emotional tool as well. Citrus oils are bright, happy and uplifting and inspire us towards creativity and positivity, and Lavender is incredibly calming and soothing. The holiday and winter season can bring up emotional triggers, and these oils can help us process. When we lean in and become curious about how we're feeling we can sort through the mess of emotions to find underlying needs and also find healing.

When used with intentional practices like journaling, visualization, counseling or other tools, this blend can be a wonderful support tool as we move through a busy and often emotionally heavy season!
